From the first day we walked through your display homes, we were impressed. Adam helped us design a floor plan that suited our family and our block.

The inclusions with our build were amazing, and definitely much better than other builders we had researched.
Our build process with you was very quick and we found the experience very exciting.
Emails and calls were always replied to promptly, and we were kept up to date with every process of the build. I would not hesitate in building with paradigm again. Highly recommended.

Our experience with Paradigm has been 10/10. We were really uncertain about building a new home after hearing horror stories from friends about their own experiences but we’re so glad we found Paradigm. From the first online inquiry, through to handover, the team at Paradigm—Luke, Adam, Deb and Troy—went above and beyond. Luke and Adam helped us navigate our land purchase (what fun that was for a couple of first-timers!), they were patient with our constant back and forward through the selections process understanding we wanted our first home to be perfect and even suggested small tweaks such as changing windows and flipping the floor-plan to take advantage of the aspect of our block—something our neighbours builders obviously didn’t take the time to do. No question was too hard, strange or annoying for Deb—she was always patient and across everything in a polite and timely manner—and Troy was always flexible with our site-meetings and made sure any questions were answered (he also helped facilitate a last minute laundry switch in record speed!). We’re so happy with our new home and we’re glad we can fondly look back at our build experience. Thanks Paradigm!
